Jacket Board grade is
well suited for use in panel production, cabinetry, and furniture where
widths between 3-3/8 and 4-1/2 inch are desired.
Jacket Board grade maximizes
1-1/2 inch to 2 inch wide rip sizes of 48 inch to 72 inch and longer clear
two-face cuttings from a board that has unrestricted wane.
Cuttings of 1-1/2 inch (38 mm) wide
and 2 inch (50.8 mm) wide by 48 inch (120 cm) and 72 inch (180 cm) and
longer clear two-face cuttings.
